Problem: In order to find the status of an invoice, vendors were required to call Draper and ask for status. This wasted time for both the client and each vendor.
Solution: Our team created a c# vendor portal so that vendors could log in to view invoices, tax and see statuses. Granting access to the vendor portal exposed the system to all vendors, so we had to ensure security I.e. each vendor could only see their info.
