- Experience of working with Core Competency Architecture Teams/COE Architecture
Groups/Technology Architecture Groups

- Java, J2EE, OOAD, UML, WSAD, Websphere, Hibernate, SPRING, RUP, JSP, Xtreme
programming,
SERVLETS, EJB, DATABASES
- Expert knowledge of UML / RUP / Use Cases / OOAD / J2EE / MVC based
web development / STRUTS / Design Patterns/ Unit testing / Ant / Frameworks and
working knowledge of RDBMS.
- Must have experience in working on J2EE application architecture for at least 2-3
years
- Mentoring developers / Technical leads on OO / web projects
- Previous Experience working on full SDLC projects in
Following domain: -
Banking / Insurance / capital markets / Credit card / logistics/Healthcare / consumer /
telecom etc)
- Solid communication skills / client interaction skills
